This basement in Greeley CO was a very small and narrow space. The HVAC was taking up about 30% of the usable space, and it seemed like there was little to do. However, with some careful design, we were able to add an under-the-stairway storage closet, a large office or bedroom area, and a fully functional bathroom with corner shower!.

When we began on this metro Denver house, the basement was already framed and roughed in. However, again with some careful thought and design, we maximized the existing finish to create 3 additional rooms, a full 4/4 bathroom with tub, several closets and even room to spare for a large HVAC/storage closet.

This Littleton home already had a finished basement but needed a nice remodel. Instead of going too expensive, here we upgraded the doors, interior paint and painted the existing fireplace for an aesthetic feel.
