I have experience with virtually every aspect of home remodeling repairs and finishes, having worked on investor, rental, and homeowner projects for several years. I welcome jobs of any size and deliver the same quality service no matter how large or small.
I am a native Spanish speaker but as a US citizen having lived in Denver for almost 20 years, I also have a large network of qualified contractors and helpers that I can manage–providing you with competitive pricing on expensive specialties like tile work, roofing and concrete. While other homeowners may have had bad experiences in the past with contractors not showing up or leaving the jobs early, I will ensure the job gets done within budget and as on-time as possible.
Affordable Luxury Remodeling accepts several payment types, including check, Paypal, Venmo, and credit card. I charge a small advance of the project cost upfront with the rest due on completion.
If you are interested in sourcing your own materials, I am happy to provide and coordinate only labor. If you would like me to source your materials, I can do that too.
